Ḥiriq-pataḥ would be the strict transcription (vs. sheva-qamats).
Seems like there was an erasure under the vav. IMO the evidence of a qamats dot is too faint to justify transcribing it.
Sassoon 1053 has sheva and qamats, with no meteg in sight.
