As DM footnote 25 mentions, the omission of דגש after מה־ is common in μL. See 16:6, 34:33, and 35:7. Aside: μA lacks the מקף. Our best guess is that μY has the consensus דגש but it is only visible as a small bump on the right of the center arm of the three arms of the שׁ. — U — M — μL (page 403A, col 1, line 26):
