says DM but not BHQ

There is a confusing constellation of three dots surrounding the ש in μL, but only one of those dots, a sin dot, belongs to the ש. Working backwards (to the right) from that sin dot, the next dot is a “קמץ dot” belonging to the מ of גרמיו on the line above. The next dot is a חולם חסר dot belonging to the ע. (Or, if you prefer an alternative interpretation of חולם חסר dots in general, the חולם חסר dot belongs to an implicit vav between the ע and ש.) The issue at hand is there is no fourth dot that could be interpreted as a רביע above the ש. — UM — μL (page 408B, col 2, line 27):
