This page groups ketiv/qere cases whose matching criteria are simple, i.e. local: the matcher can recognize them from the ketiv/qere template itself, or from that template plus its immediate local wrapper context, without needing broader lookahead or look-behind.
In the labels, k counts ketiv words and q counts qere words. So k1q2 means one ketiv word read aloud as two qere words; additional suffixes mark special cases such as reverse order, maqaf-linked compounds, or ketiv velo qere and qere velo ketiv.
